Cynthia Ann Vega, Age 46, born July 24, 1970 in San Antonio TX and her son Santiago Vega Jr. born June 3, 1999 in Austin TX passed away on Monday November 28, 2016 due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Santiago was a Senior who attended Lake Travis High School. He was a young, carefree individual who had a passion for skateboarding. Being outdoors and gaming with friends and family was something he enjoyed. Santiago was quite the guitarist who enjoyed music. He was witty, sarcastic, and happy just like his mother.

Cynthia was a beloved mother who enjoyed spending time with family. So much so, that they were in the process of moving to Marble Falls to be closer. Her faith was what made her outgoing and optimistic; always looking at the brighter things in life. Her laugh and smile were so infectious you could not help but do the same. Cynthia was a wonderful grandmother who adored her grandbabies.

They were beautiful human beings whose lives were cut too soon when they had much more to live for. Both are truly loved and will forever be missed.

They are survived by Cynthia's mother Elida Zurita. Santiago is survived by his father Santiago Vega Sr. Cynthia's siblings: Carol Torres, Joe Huguet and Hilario Zurita III. Her children and his siblings: Samantha Arana, Jacob Vega and Amelia Vega. Her grandchildren: Bella Arana, Jordan Arana, Dallas Arana and Noah Vega. Cynthia is also survived by her long-time boyfriend Justin Rodriguez and Santiago by his girlfriend Josmely Alvarado. Both are also survived by endless amounts of family and friends.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Friday, December 2, 2016 from 4 - 7 pm at Clements Wilcox Funeral Home, Marble Falls, Texas.
